Summer Reading Assignments Grades 9-12

Grades 9 & 10: 
Your summer reading work asks you to choose a book to read from the list provided. As you read, you should take notes using the provided guided notes template. After reading, you will complete 3 short activities related to the book. The book list, guided notes document, and instructions for the 3 activities are linked in the document below. You will complete in-class work related to your chosen book and related activities at the start of the school year; this work should be completed by August 28th.

Grades 11 & 12:
Your summer work for IB Language and Literature asks you to investigate some non-literary materials and complete some related notes and activities. Detailed instructions and resources can be found in the document listed below. You will complete in-class work related to your chosen materials and related activities at the start of the school year; this work should be completed by August 28th.
