Schedule

Classes meet from 8:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on an A/B block schedule.  Students attend four classes on A days that alternate every other day with four classes on B days for a total of 7 courses each semester in addition to an Advisory class and a study hall.  Students regularly experience intercultural sessions and presentations that involve foreign delegations, business partners, and community members from other countries who share their life experiences and world perspectives.

Transportation

The Beaverton School District provides transportation for our students, however students must request this service because ISB does not have established routes.  Individual routes are prepared for each student every year.  The Transportation Department sends an email to each family with the student's routing information before school starts.

 

Communications

​We publish a bi-weekly newsletter for our families.  This newsletter is posted on our website and is also sent out via ParentSquare to parents/guardians.  Occasionally we also send out emails to parents/guardians with important reminders, grade-specific information, or last minute information to keep them well informed of activities and events.
