Service Learning

At ISB, students learn through an international lens as thoughtful, compassionate world citizens. We actively embrace intellectual rigor, intercultural respect, service to our local and global communities, and the promise of a peaceful world.

In keeping with our mission, Service Learning at ISB is an ongoing endeavor. In the MYP years of Grades 6 through 10, students engage in Service as Action with quarterly reflections on their experiences. In the DP years of Grades 11 and 12, Creativity, Action, Service, (CAS) becomes a central focus. Throughout these phases, interaction with our local and global communities is essential.
