6th Grade Northwest Outdoor Science School​ - March 7, 8, 9, & 11, 2022

 

All 6th grade students are invited to participate in the NWRESD "Outdoor Science School" program on March 7, 8, 9, & 11, 2022 (there will be no Outdoor School on March 10 because it is an Early Release Day).  The students will visit a different location each day starting at 7:40 AM and ending at 1:30 PM, except for one location - Cedar Ridge.  On the day they visit Cedar Ridge, the day will end at 5:15 PM and parents/guardians will need to pick up their student from ISB at that time.

Students will be randomly assigned to a group (1-6) and the groups will be paired to visit the different locations.

The activities each day will be as follows:

March 7 - All groups (1-6) will walk to Arnold Park located right beside our school.

To be able to participate in the NWRESD "Outdoor Science School" program, students must turn in two forms signed by a parent/guardian by Friday, March 4, 2022:

  • Form A - Parent Permission for Day Trip
  • Form B - Parent Permission for Charter Bus

These forms were handed out in science class on Friday and Monday.
